Architecture Projects
I embarked on my MA Architecture journey this past Fall 2024 at the University of California Los Angeles. So far I've been able to improve my skills in 3D softwares like Rhino, explore methods of 3D printing and embrace the language of Architecture through research and production.
For this project above, my interest was in developing a pattern and tracing all aspects of my site from this drawing. I wanted the rooms to be extruded volumes that exist independently under the roof I traced from the pattern.
Some of the rooms would structurally support the above roof and there would be plenty of shade of indoor activity. There’s a focus on gardening so there’s little green planter boxes on the outside too (sprout). I also made some earrings to match my model!
